Annual High School Art Contest Kicks Off
Up to five winners will be selected, and all participants will receive community service hours
|
|
Each year, RMLD holds an art contest for high school students living in RMLD's service area. Various mediums are accepted including drawings, paintings, photography, graphic art, and more.
The theme of this year’s contest is VERSATILITY. Students are asked to visually portray the concept of versatility while incorporating the RMLD and/or electricity into their artwork.
Each participating student will receive a certificate for ten hours of community service. Up to five winners will be selected based on the number of submissions received and the content of the artwork. Each winner will receive a gift card for qualified school or art supplies. One or more of the winning submissions will be selected to be featured on the cover of RMLD’s 2021 Annual Report.
