"Calendars for Cans" Food Drive
Kicks Off November 21st
RMLD is pleased to announce its “Calendars for Cans” Food Drive to be held in conjunction with the distribution of its annual historical calendar. RMLD has been printing and distributing the historical calendar to the local communities for over twenty years. This year, RMLD is asking customers to make a voluntary non-perishable food donation when picking up their calendar. The food drive will run from November 21, 2018 to December 21, 2018. Donations will benefit the Reading Food Pantry, the North Reading Food Pantry, the Wilmington Community Fund Food Pantry, and Good Hope Foods of Lynnfield.
Calendars are available while supplies last. Food donations are appreciated but not required to receive a calendar. For a list of drop-off locations and suggested food items, click here.
The Fine Print: For residential customers only. Customers are required to provide their RMLD account number to complete an order.
Light bulb Limit: Customers are eligible for a maximum of 24 discounted light bulbs per year, so this offer is limited to two packs per customer.
Thermostat Limit: Customers are eligible for a maximum of two RMLD smart thermostat rebates per lifetime of the device (10 years); those who have already met the rebate threshold are still able to receive the Additional Discount offered through this sale.

Program Spotlight: Residential Electric Vehicle Charging Station Rebate
RMLD offers residential customers a rebate of 100% of equipment costs up to $500 on the purchase of a networked (or "smart") AC Level 2 (240-volt) home charging station (see program guidelines for details).
An AC Level 2 charging station allows PEV owners to achieve a faster charge than that of a standard 120-volt household outlet.
Plug-in Electric Vehicle Pilot Rebate Program Application Deadline
Over the summer, RMLD launched a pilot rebate program for residential customers who leased or purchased a plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) and took delivery from June 1, 2018 to October 31, 2018. The deadline to submit a rebate application under this program is December 31, 2018. Click here for program guidelines and to download an application.
