The BHAA is excited to announce Branksome’s first Alum Family Swim Day! Get your swimsuits ready and register for a family-friendly event on February 26 from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m.

BHAA Real Estate Workshop

Get ahead of Canada’s housing market at our second Canadian Real Estate discussion. Co-hosted by industry experts Cailey HEAPS’95, top producer, and award-winning agent Brooke BAROOTES’09, this virtual event will be on March 28 at 6:00 p.m.

TheNoodle Program is a unique business accelerator program aimed at helping students develop their imagination and creativity by creating their own companies. To help our students and the program grow, we are looking for mentors to participate in speaking engagements or regular mentorship. If you would like to learn more or participate in their journey, please fill out the below survey by February 10.

Overcoming the Odds

Isabel LIEBERMAN Langsdorf’56 enjoyed a happy Grade 12 year as a boarding student at Branksome, despite a perilous start in life that nearly ended when she was a toddler. She was born in 1937 in Frankfurt, Germany to a Jewish mother who gave her up for adoption, and spent her first two years in the Jewish Women’s League Home in Neu-Isenburg.

This year’s World Affairs Conference (WAC), will be held on February 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at UCC. Branksome Hall Grade 12 students Seungmyoung and Amyna are Co-Chairs and the conference will feature Martin Luther King III as closing keynote and Branksome Board member and alum Tricia CK PURKS Hoffler'80 as the opening keynote.
