Greetings! At our roots, The RP Group is a membership-based organization representing institutional research, planning, and effectiveness (IRPE) professionals in California.  The RP Group presents the annual Lifetime Achievement Awards to members of the California Community Colleges (CCC) IRPE community who have made significant contributions to the field. These Lifetime Achievement Awards recognize individuals with extraordinary long-term involvement and service over the whole of their careers. We are proud to honor two people whose dedication to student success is truly remarkable.

2023 Lifetime Achievement Awards

This year, we are introducing a new honor, The RP Group Partner Achievement Awards, recognizing the contributions of colleagues from partner organizations who have retired or are nearing retirement and who have made significant contributions to IRPE leadership, equity, research, planning, policy, and/or institutional effectiveness. The awards recognize the recipients’ extraordinary long-term service to the CCC IRPE community over their entire careers. We are proud to honor three people who formerly served in the research unit at the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO).
