The Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga

Returns August 10-12, Celebrating This Premier Destination

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — The Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga (RGCS) will return to the Saratoga Hilton from August 10-12, 2026, bringing together industry leaders, regulators, stakeholders and legislators for three days of high‑level discussions in one of the country’s most iconic summer destinations.

Now in its sixth year in Saratoga Springs, the conference has become synonymous with the city’s vibrant racing season, walkable downtown, and unmatched blend of history, culture, and hospitality. Attendees can enjoy world‑class dining, boutique shopping, live entertainment, and the legendary Saratoga Race Course, all just steps or a short drive from the conference venue.

The 2026 program will once again feature expert panels, legislative roundtables, and timely discussions on the most pressing issues in racing and gaming.

This year’s conference will include:

• Three sessions on the afternoon of Monday, August 10
• Six panels on Tuesday, August 11
• Three panels on the morning of Wednesday, August 12
• A Welcome Party on Monday evening at the historic Adelphi Hotel
• Twilight Racing Happy Hour at the Hilton on Tuesday
• A Day at the Races at the Saratoga Race Course on Wednesday afternoon

Registration is now open! Early-bird rates are available for those who register before July 9. Additionally, a group room block is available at the Saratoga Hilton.
