PETIQUETTE REMINDERS
With the beautiful weather, it's the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors! Our furry friends love fresh air too, and as you take them out, we kindly ask that you keep these important pet etiquette guidelines in mind.
-
Leash Up for Safety: Please remember to keep your pet on a leash whenever you leave the house. Fulton Homes at Cooley Station and the Town of Gilbert have strict leash laws to ensure the safety of all community members and their pets. Our open spaces here at Cooley Station are not pet parks—they're shared spaces for children, adults, and families to play and relax.
-
Pick Up After Your Pet: Whether it’s you or your child walking your pet, please be sure to pick up after them. We’ve placed multiple pet waste stations throughout the community to make this easier for you.
-
Respect Neighbor's Property: Try to keep pets off your neighbor's lawns and entry walkways. Please avoid letting them mark or relieve themselves on anyone’s property to keep our spaces looking great.

LANDSCAPE UPDATE
Winter Turf
The grass is starting to grow! To maintain consistent moisture in the soil, the Caretaker team has scheduled light and frequent watering. The sprinklers are running approximately every hour throughout the day to support proper seed germination. We kindly ask that you refrain from walking, riding bicycles, or playing on the turf until the grass is fully established. Please relocate any turf-related activities to parks outside of Fulton Homes at Cooley Station. Please be aware that areas with insufficient germination may require reseeding, which could result in additional costs.
Plant Replenishment
Plant replenishment is underway in the benefitted lots! Irrigation is being checked and repaired as part of replenishment. Once the benefitted lots are replenished, the crew will replenish the streetscapes and common areas.

|
Upcoming Trimming
In November, the Red Birds of Paradise throughout the community will undergo pruning to mitigate the natural dieback they typically face in desert conditions as temperatures decline. This proactive approach not only improves the plants' aesthetic by removing old growth but also fosters their long-term health. As a result, we can expect a more robust and vibrant display of blooms in the spring and summer.
