POOL SEASON- TIP OF THE WEEK
This week's tip: What to do with bikes, scooters, etc.?
Many residents bike or use wheeled toys to visit the aquatic centers. Please note that riding inside the aquatic center areas is prohibited, as tire marks are hard to remove from the pool deck. Bike lock areas are available at both centers for your convenience. Thank you for helping us keep our amenities looking great!

LANDSCAPE UPDATE
Palm Tree Trimming - A Caretaker arbor crew will be onsite next week to trim the palm trees throughout the community common areas. Please be cautious and heed any coned-off areas or directional signage to stay clear of their work area.
Trim Cycle - The Caretake maintenance crew is working through their trimming process of natural pruning, selectively removing the older stems of plants to allow for new growth that will have foliage throughout the length of the stem. This addition of new foliage allows the plant to better utilize the available nutrients and water by increasing root mass and allowing the bloom cycle to happen as intended. The maintenance team will continue this process through the summer.
Irrigation System - The dedicated irrigation tech is continually checking and testing the irrigation system throughout the community to ensure all areas are receiving proper water to keep our plants thriving through what is expected to be a very hot summer. Should you notice a leak or an area of concern, please contact management to report it. If an irrigation issue is noted after business hours or over the weekend, please call 480-921-7500 to report.

Trash and Recycling are collected on Thursdays each week. You may place your bins out for collection no earlier than Wednesday at 6 pm and they should be placed out of sight no later than Friday at 6 am, either in an enclosed garage or back behind the gate of a rear yard. Having your bins visible or out for collection beyond the allowable timeframe is a violation of the Association and Town of Gilbert guidelines.
Bulk Pick-up is the week of July 1. You may begin placing bulk items out on Saturday, June 29 in the street against the curb. If you live in an alleyway home, bulk should be placed in the alleyway. Bulk items need to be placed at least five feet from all other obstacles (trash, recycle bins, vehicles, etc.)
