Over the past decade, Berta and Mingo have developed this proven, comprehensive program, guiding students through all aspects of yoga teaching, from alignment and sequencing to philosophy, meditation, and the metaphysical aspects of practice. This program is designed to deepen your personal practice, unlock your potential, and transform your understanding of yoga with a holistic mind-body-spirit approach.

Graduates will be eligible to register as Yoga Alliance 200 Teachers upon completion.
