Dust Off Your Racquets—The New Season is Here!

Many of us find ourselves venturing off the court during the summer months and are eager to hit the ground running again come September. However, in these early weeks, it is important to ease back into the game with a little intention and patience to make sure we can be injury-free and playing our best when it comes to those first matches.

Following these pro tips from Lauren West will have you confident and fighting fit for a great season ahead!

Clubs around the country are beginning to plan a series of fun and inclusive events for Women’s Squash Week taking place September 15-21 2025. This collaborative and celebratory campaign is designed to empower and bring our community together on court nationwide, setting us up for a fantastic season of women’s squash.

Whether you are new to the game or a seasoned player, there is an event for you. Visit our live map to see what is happening at the facilities in your area.
