1. You must complete the entry form.

2. Email your completed entry form and the photo of your pet (limit eight photos per employee) to Sheri Valore, senior accounting specialist and Rebecca Weiand, practice growth manager.

3. Any pet qualifies! Whether you have a dog, cat, lizard, bunny, etc., we want to see your pet!

4. PAYMENT DETAILS: Submit your entry fee and calendar payment to The Rea Foundation's Venmo handle which is: @reafoundation. Please note what the payment is for in Venmo's comment section. If you would like to pay via check, please make the check payable to "The Rea Foundation" and mail it to:

5. Submit all entry forms and payments, and send your emails to Sheri and Rebecca by 11:59 p.m. E.T. on Sept. 28, 2022.

Photograph Specifications and Permission to Use Entry Photography

Photograph Specifications: Each photograph must be in digital format between 8 - 20 megapixels (minimum 2550 x 3300 pixels). No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this contest. All photographs must be high resolution (300dpi - 600dpi) PNG, JPEG or .JPG. Please note that photographs do not need to be taken with a digital camera: scans of negatives or transparencies are acceptable. Photographs that fail to meet these specifications will automatically be disqualified.

Permission to Use Entry Photography: By entering the contest, each contestant agrees that Rea and its licensees may publish his or her captioned photograph in The Rea Foundation 2023 Pet Calendar and exhibit, copy, publish, make derivative works from or otherwise use his or her entry photograph and other entry materials for any purpose, in any media, in perpetuity, without limitation or additional permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. These rights include exclusive first worldwide publication rights in and to all entries for the period up to publication of The Rea Foundation 2023 Pet Calendar.
