Charity Dog Walk & Pool Pawty

Join us this Saturday at 10 am and be a part of an unforgettable event that benefits the Esther Boyd Animal Shelter in Frederick County, VA.



Our Charity Dog Walk promises fun for the whole family. Strap on your sneakers and secure your furry companions' leashes for an exciting 2-mile dog walk! Every registered walker will receive a stylish T-shirt, a fashionable bandana for your canine friend, and exclusive early VIP pool access.

Strong & Stable Workshop

Join Laura Bergmann from Fascia Lines to address the root causes of issues and empower yourself with prevention knowledge. Discover exercises tailored for runners to avoid common issues leading to pain or decreased performance. Bring your yoga mat and foam roller/ball!
