Well-being for All Training
In this 1.5 day interactive and engaging training, participants will learn how to put what we know about the the science of stress and its impact on learning, into practice. Wellbeing for All emphasizes the interdependence of both students and educator well-being. Training will provide useful strategies for universal classroom and school-wide use to support the well-being of all students and staff. Strategies will be shared using the CARER framework to support the sequential process of engagement and learning. Strategies will support co-regulation between adult and student to promote self regulation as well as self-responsibility and repair when harm is done.

Supporting Trauma and Stress in Education
Come and join this virtual drop-in community of practice group. We will discuss current effective strategies and practices to support mental health and well being in students, staff and parents/caregivers through a trauma sensitive lens. Have an opportunity to network with other educators who are doing this work. Please bring resources to share, discussion topics, questions and challenges to this informal virtual group.
