Mission Statment of Remington College Alumni Association

Increase alumni awareness and involvement at the campus level in order to benefit our current and future Remington College students and graduates, with those benefits including expanded employment opportunities, fundraising for student scholarships, increased community involvement connections, and mentoring opportunities.
Letter to the Alumni, from Sr. VP of Student and Alumni Affairs
Hello Remington College Graduates – and thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to read through our quarterly Remington College Alumni Newsletter!

We want to bring together valuable resources to help our graduates – which number in excess of 100,000 to date!

There are so many ways for our alumni to “pay it forward” to help others, such as guest speaking visits to the campuses or with scholarship fundraising to help Remington College students in need! And remember that our current students can help our graduates as well, such as being a source for qualified new employees for those of you in hiring positions. Feel free to reach out to your campus for assistance in finding employees in this tight labor market.

In my role at Remington College, my entire daily focus is finding ways to help current and former students at our campuses around the country in any way I can. One important aspect of my outreach is geared toward you – Remington College graduates – as Chairperson of the Alumni Association Committee.

The Cuts for Kids program is a win all around. It allows students 17 and younger to get a free haircut, helping them to look and feel their best on the first day, and helping parents save some money during the expensive back-to-school shopping season. In addition, the program allows students in Remington College’s cosmetology program to get hands-on experience in real-world situations as part of their education.
