The Rev. Buddy Stallings

to Serve as Canon to the Ordinary

for the Remaining Term

of Bishop Dietsche's Episcopacy

Bishop Dietsche today announced that the Rev. Floyd (Buddy) Stallings will join his staff in mid April as Canon to the Ordinary, to serve until the Bishop's resignation and retirement in April 2024.

Fr. Stallings previously served in this diocese as rector of the Church of the Ascension, Staten Island, and as the vicar and then rector of St. Bartholomew’s Church, Manhattan.

Fr. Stallings takes the place of the Rev. Canon John D. Perris, who was called to the position of priest incumbent of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Royal Oak, British Columbia, Canada.
