HELP NEEDED for Youth Service Projects - 3 hrs Sat a.m. Oct 16

Two ways to participate: joining our service projects and/or nominating someone in need of our “Safety Walkthrough” Project.

The purpose of this event is to bring people together from across our county in community service, fellowship and worship. The youth are coordinating the "home repair" and "safety walkthrough" branch of this event. It's an essential part of this mission and we're leaning on any available youth & parents to help us succeed! No skill or tools required, we’ll provide what’s needed.

"Safety Walkthroughs" simply involve walking through some homes of elderly residents to replace smoke detectors, batteries and light bulbs that they are physically unable to replace themselves.

Please use our signup button below. You can communicate your work preference. The sooner we have signups the sooner we can divide up our work groups properly!

Nominate A Neighbor For A “Safety Walkthrough”

We will walkthrough and replace any (basic) smoke detectors, replace batteries of working smoke detectors, and install needed lightbulbs, in homes belonging to residents unfit to climb ladders, stand on chairs etc to do these essential things!

We need some suggestions of people that would be fitting for us to serve in this fashion! Please nominate a friend, neighbor, or local family member in need of this service. This will take place between 9am-12pm on Saturday October 16.

We'll reach out to your nomination! Thanks for connecting us.  For more info contact Harrison (423) 507-7492 !
