Access to rail dramatically affects your operations. At North Florida Mega Industrial Park, a rail spur was built directly into the park to transport materials and finished goods via Florida Gulf & Atlantic Railroad, which connects to CSX in both Pensacola and Baldwin (near Jacksonville). At Hawthorne Industry Park, CSX borders the site property for ease of rail transport. For Heart of Georgia Mega Site, CSX connects in Savannah through Georgia Central Railway adjacent to our site.
