How important is it to get my club involved in our local community?
The most successful Masters programs are involved in their communities. Outreach such as participating in local charity events or hosting an Adult Learn-to-Swim program elevates the program's standing in the community, increases the value of the program to its aquatic facility, and provides immeasurable value when it comes to marketing.
