This program will define team engagement, discuss the importance of psychological safety in a law firm environment, and outline best practices for engaging and retaining teams. Real-world law firm management experiences will be shared to illustrate how leaders can effectively implement these practices.

This program will be recorded and available OnDemand. If you register but can’t attend live, you will still receive access to the recording once it becomes available. Access may vary based on your membership level.
