Client Feedback
Below is a great testimonial we received from one of our clients regarding a placement for a Vice President of Human Resources.

We used Scott Rosen for placement of our VP of HR and, as a result of her excellent performance and leadership qualities,  her title has been promoted to  Senior VP of HR/Chief Human Resource Officer.

I researched firms that specialize in placing HR executives and Scott's name was highly recommended to me by professionals in the field of placement firms that specialize in searches  in other areas of expertise e.g. Accounting, IT.

From the beginning to the end of the process, I found Scott to be extremely professional and responsive to our needs. Once we reviewed our operational structure, created a job description and described an ideal candidate Scott provided us with candidates that were extremely qualified, of great character  and responsive to our needs. He did this within the time parameters we discussed and within our budget for the position and follow-up once the candidate began working with us to make sure we were happy with the selection.

Our HR group oversees over 750 employees of all different levels of skill and management  in various locations in two states and; managing the HR process of hiring, benefits, induction, compliance, etc. is quite a chore. I am happy to say that the candidate selected through Scott's search and placement has taken our HR group to a higher level of efficiency and performance while also raising the level of professional expertise and environment.

We were extremely satisfied with the Performance of Scott Rosen and would recommend him highly for any HR search you may be considering.
