Accomplished medical oncologist George Kim, MD will serve as the director of the Gastroinestinal Cancers Program at the GW Cancer Center, bringing together a multidisciplinary care team of specialists and experts.
Principal Investigator Mandi Pratt-Chapman, MA has been awarded a $4 million cooperative agreement to continue providing technical assistance to National Comprehensive Cancer Control Program grantees.
GW's Camp Kesem is a free summer camp for children who have been impacted by a parent's cancer. Cancer Center members and staff are invited to their annual "Make the Magic" fundraiser on April 18th.
Alicia Gray, LGSW and Lauren Broschak, LICSW, are oncology social workers at the GW Cancer Center. The social work team provides psychosocial and clinical support services to patients, caregivers and families and facilitates supportive and educational programs on a variety of topics. Read more.
