Rummage Sale Information!
As you begin spring cleaning, look for items that others might enjoy adding to their collection! The Rummage Sale benefits the 47 youth and adults heading on the 2022 Discipleship Tour to North Carolina.
Large Item Pick Up is this Sunday!
Sunday, April 24 - 12 pm - 3 pm
Sign up by Thursday, April 21
Do you have large items that you need help getting to church for the rummage sale? We will make arrangements to pick up large items on Sunday afternoon at your home. Please have all items gathered in one area (garage if possible!) and we will have a crew of students and an adult load them into trucks and vans to carry them to church. To sign up for a large item pick-up, click this link or call Jennifer Evans at 513-484-4946 to leave a message with the items, address, and contact information. Please arrange for pickups by Thursday afternoon so that we can plan for enough trucks.
We only offer pick-ups on the afternoon of Sunday, April 24 from 12 - 3 pm.
Sale
We look forward to opening our doors on Friday, April 29 from 6 - 8 pm and Saturday from 8 am - 12:30 pm (with a bag sale later in the morning). There are no pre-sales.
Help us spread the word by sharing this event on Facebook or printing this flyer to hang up in your favorite neighborhood spot.
Donation Guidelines!
Items can be dropped off at church in the Parish Life Center starting Sunday, April 24. Friends, family, and neighbors are welcome to drop off items, too!
Drop-off times are:
4/24 Sunday 9 am - 6 pm (teens will be there to help until 3 pm)
4/25 Monday - 4/27 Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm
4/28 Thursday 10 am - 7 pm
The earlier in the week the better
All donations are tax-deductible and forms are available for you when you drop off your items.
We really appreciate your donations, however, did you know that if we do not sell an item and St. Vincent DePaul will not accept it, we have to pay to dispose of large items that won’t fit in our dumpster? Please keep that in mind when considering donations.
We cannot accept media centers, carpets, metal office furniture, mattresses, computer equipment (7 years and older), box TVs, or upholstered furniture in poor condition (we will accept light wear and tear).
Volunteer
This year we need many hands to make this Rummage Sale a success for the congregation. Can you help with sorting, pricing, organizing, or providing a truck for Large Item Pick Up on Sunday, April 24. Click here to sign up to help with a shift.
