Hundreds of REALTORS® from across South Carolina and other states tuned in to SCR's webinar to find out about the changes coming October 1, 2021 to the NFIP risk rating methodology, Risk Rating 2.0.

These coming changes could increase or decrease the cost of flood insurance for your clients and customers. SCR wants you to be familiar with this new system before then, which is why we invited David Maurstad, Chief Executive NFIP, along with SCR President Morris Lyles, SC Realtor® and SCR Past President Donna Smith, and NAR and FEMA staff to help guide you through the new changes.
