High School Mission Trip Info Meeting

April 16, 2023

Sunday, April 16th after the 10:45 service we will have a meeting in "The Pit" to discuss this summer's High school mission trip! Our trip is to Berea, Kentucky from July 17-22. We are attending PASSPORT a summer youth mission camp! At the meeting we will be discussing expectations, schedules, and answer any questions you may have!

Confirmation

Retreat - April 21-23, 2023

Classes are in full swing for this year's Confirmation class! We wanted to remind you that the retreat for this year will be April 21st-23rd. This year our retreat will be held at Camp Lookout! We will have more information about the retreat for you soon but we ask that you make sure to block that weekend off for your student! If they are unable to attend, they will still be able to be confirmed but please let us know so we can still make sure they get all the information they need before Confirmation Sunday! You can email Tori at [email protected] to let her know if your student will be able to make it or not!

We are looking for 2 male chaperones for this trip. Please let us know if you are available for the weekend!!

June 5-9, 2023

Our annual Middle School Mission Trip is coming up the first week of June! Middle School Mission Week at Camp Lookout is an opportunity for Middle School students to participate in meaningful service projects while simultaneously enjoying an activity packed week at camp!

The cost is $325 per person. This includes lodging, meals, activities, and supplies for the work projects. You may pay the day of the trip. However, you must reserve your spot by Sunday, May 7, 2023 with a non-refundable deposit of $85. (Scholarships are available. Contact Sara at [email protected] or 423-756-2021.)

Sign ups are happening now at youth Sunday School or at PrimeTime (Wednesday night Youth). VERY IMPORTANT: The deadline to sign up and turn in ALL FORMS is Sunday, May 7th. All forms are down below!

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to attend every event that you all have going on but we would like to support all of our youth in whatever ways we can! ♦ 4:45pm-5:15pm = Pack Lunches for Mustard Tree

♦ 5:45pm-6:30pm = Snack Supper

♦ 6:30pm-7:30pm = Game & Lesson

♦ 7:30pm- 8:00pm = Gym/Free Time
