We’re thrilled to welcome Adriana Novoa, BSN, RN, to our Laser + Cosmetic Team! With over 10 years of nursing and aesthetic medicine experience, Adriana combines clinical excellence with an artistic eye to deliver naturally beautiful, confidence-boosting results.

A University of Arizona graduate, Adriana holds advanced certifications in Botox®, dermal fillers, and non-invasive treatments, offering a deeply informed and thoughtful approach to facial aesthetics. Her expertise in skin health and facial anatomy ensures that each treatment is not only safe and precise but also beautifully personalized.

Before joining Pima Dermatology, Adriana served in leadership roles as a Site Lead RN and Nurse Manager with respected organizations including Southern Arizona Health Services and The University of Arizona Medical Center. She also owned and operated Simply Beauty, LLC, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and patient-first philosophy.

Fluent in Spanish, Adriana is known for her warm, communicative style and her dedication to empowering patients through education and care.
