What is an Incomplete listing status?
Simply put, this is a draft that is not yet visible to all REcolorado subscribers in Matrix. Incomplete is not so much a status, but rather a way to get a head start on the entry process. The Incomplete listing status is a great way to be proactive in getting the listing started. Remember that once a listing contract has been executed, the listing must be updated from Incomplete to Coming Soon or Active status in the MLS within three days unless otherwise specified in the listing agreement.
