$25 - Safety Gear and PPE

Helps purchase gloves, goggles, tool belts, and PPE that every trainee needs on Day One. Your gift ensures trainees begin their journey equipped and confident.

$50 - Tools They’ll Use for a Lifetime

Funds a toolbelt and basic hand tools that trainees receive as a graduation gift. These become part of their daily workflow and are the first tools they learn to trust and rely on.

$100 - Power Tools and Skill-Building Equipment

Supports the purchase of drills, impact drivers, saws, and other equipment used in hands-on training labs and real deconstruction jobs across Greater Cincinnati.

$250 - Classroom Training and Certifications

Covers one full week of OSHA safety training, forklift and Bobcat certifications, hand and power tool training, and construction math—foundational skills for their career.

$500 - One Full Week of Paid Training

Provides a full week of paid, real-world experience on jobsites—experience that leads directly to employment. It’s the kind of support that helps De'Aujha excel at ESI and helped Jamil secure stable employment.
