The SAIA expresses its deepest sympathy to the Czichos family on the loss of Michael Parrish Czichos.

Czichos was the owner and CEO of STVA Scaffold, a long-standing member of the SAIA and sponsor of the President's Gala at the Annual Convention & Exhibition since 2008. He also owned and operated Panaseas International Houston up until his passing.

Michael is survived by his wife, Sandy; children Blair, Rhea, Mike Jr., Brian Kiep (stepson), and adopted Chinese son, Bobby; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

The SAIA has made a donation in Czichos' name to the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Contributions are still being accepted by the American Cancer Society in his name.
