It may still feel like summer around here, but we're getting ready to head back to school! We relish this time of year with its sense of new beginnings, making it the perfect occasion to do something different! This month, our adoption center will be getting a new coat of paint inside and out, in addition to other improvements--check out the naming and recognition opportunities you can participate in, below. We also have adoption events scheduled nearly every Sunday in August to help cats and dogs find their own new beginnings, and we're participating in NBC's Clear the Shelters 10th anniversary. Valley Humane Society is getting a new look! We’re excited to announce improvements to our Nevada Street adoption center, which hasn't been updated since 2011. This special space has welcomed thousands of animals, volunteers, and visitors over the years, and it's time for a refresh.
