In response to rapidly rising COVID-19 cases in Westchester, and with love and concern for the most vulnerable among us, FUSW is returning to ONLINE ONLY worship through August. The Board and others will look for ways to have outdoor in-person social gatherings at FUSW and elsewhere over the summer.

Dignity and Worth: How Do We Show It, How Do We Grow It?
~ David Morkal, UUCHV lay leader

Service live-streamed on YouTube from the UU Congregation of the Hudson Valley, our summer worship partners.

Our first principle is the inherent worth and dignity of every person. How do you practice this principle? We believe it, but do we practice it intentionally? Can we live it all the time? What does TED teach us about how to live this principle?

If you have a joy or sorrow you would like to have shared during the service, please email it to Anne Pearl ( no later than 8:00pm Saturday, August 6. Please make the subject line “Joys and Sorrows.”

Journaling Together

To help us process together the changes to our physical and spiritual home, we invite you to share a thought, recall a memory, compose a poem, or write a reflection in our online FUSW Journal. Send contributions to Rina (, who will upload them to our website. To read what others have written, log in to the FUSW Members Page and click Congregational Journal.
Sermon Library

When you visit and scroll down under “Donate,” you'll see a new button called, “Recent Sermons.” Click here to open Rev. Arlin Roy's sermon library page, with links to each of his titles. Putting the button on our homepage lets the public online visitors who find our site but don't have access to the Members Page explore the rich content in these sermons and learn what we as Unitarian Universalists stand for, our principles, values, concerns, actions, and spirituality. This is good news we want to share!
