NEW: NAIA Membership Cards Update

The 2020-21 NAIA Membership Cards should be arriving at member institutions this week with a memo outlining perks of the card. In previous years, the membership cards allowed the bearer a complimentary general admission into any NAIA national championship. Unfortunately, due to current COVID restrictions, that cannot be guaranteed for the 2020-21 winter championships. For more details about this Membership Card access, click here.

Celebrating Black History Month

February is Black History Month and we are proud of the NAIA's many historical firsts when it comes to equity, diversity, and inclusion. We're taking the opportunity to celebrate black excellence and our 22 historically black colleges and universities. The NAIA also celebrates this month with the CCA’s new initiative -- Respect, Inclusivity, Support, Education (RISE).
Championships
NEW: Final Basketball Opening Round Sites Selected
The NAIA announced on Tuesday the final group of hosts for the 2021 NAIA Men’s and Women’s Basketball National Championship Opening Rounds.

Each opening round site will feature two, three-team “pod” tournaments (per gender) in which the 1# seed will receive a bye. The #2 and #3 teams will play each other on day one, and will face the No. 1 seed in that pod for the championship. The winner of that final game will go to the NAIA National Championship Final Site in either Sioux City, Iowa (women) or Kansas City, Mo. (men).
Eligibility Center
NEW: PlayNAIA Updates
EC Processing Update
This spring has seen an unusually large number of students seeking eligibility due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 such as postponed championship seasons. You may experience slight delays, especially for those who are transfer or international students. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to do everything we can to determine student eligibility as quickly as possible.

Eligibility Center Satisfaction Survey
The annual member satisfaction survey for the eligibility center will be distributed in the coming weeks. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

High School Fee Waiver Policy Update
The COP Committee on the Eligibility Center has approved a minor update to the fee waiver policy language. Previously the fee waiver policy stated that if a student qualified for the ACT/SAT waiver, they could have their eligibility center fee waived. This language has been updated to state that the student must have received an ACT/SAT fee waiver.
