FEBRUARY 26: New deadline to submit a proposed amendment to the NAIA Constitution or Bylaws. (This extension is due to new convention dates.) All other submission information remains the same.

NEW: 2021 National Convention Update

The NAIA National Convention has been moved to May 24-27, 2021 to help our members as they navigate increased regular season and conference competition in April. The event will be virtual and the registration fee has been reduced to $195. Registration and preliminary scheduling information will be shared with membership in February.

NEW: Mentor Program Launched for New Member Institutions

A new mentor program for Champions of Character Liaisons is being launched this spring to assist in onboarding new NAIA member institutions. Created by the NAIA's Student-Athlete Development Department, this effort will focus on the NAIA's Champions of Character program and advancing the NAIA's core values.
Undeclare Deadline for Sports and Postseason

A reminder that the deadline to undeclare for all sports is 30 days prior to the conference deadline. If you are undeclaring from postseason competition, please submit this form. If dropping a sport, please submit this form. If you have any further questions regarding the undeclared process, please contact Nathan Docter at [email protected].

NEW: Bid Fee for Basketball Opening Rounds Reduced; Deadline February 1

The NAC Executive Committee approved lowering the bid fee for men’s and women’s basketball opening rounds to $10,000 for a one gender bid and $20,000 for a multi-gender bid, with priority given to multi-gender bids. The deadline for men's and women's basketball opening round bids is February 1, 2021.

Bid fees for other sports will continue to be evaluated based on circumstances at that point in time.

NEW: Inter-Term Transcripts Deadline

Beginning February 1, 2021, inter-term transcripts documenting completed inter-term coursework will be required to receive eligibility decisions.
