FEBRUARY 26: New deadline to submit a proposed amendment to the NAIA Constitution or Bylaws. (This extension is due to new convention dates.) All other submission information remains the same.

Undeclare Deadline for Sports and Postseason

A reminder that the deadline to undeclare for all sports is 30 days prior to the conference deadline. If you are undeclaring from postseason competition, please submit this form. If dropping a sport, please submit this form. If you have any further questions regarding the undeclared process, please contact Nathan Docter at [email protected].

NEW: Students Must Update Information for Reapplication

Please remind student-athletes who reapply for spring 2021 eligibility that they must update their college history to include fall 2020, and any other additional enrollment. Help students avoid unnecessary delays, as students who do not update their history will be have their application reset, requesting all additional information.

NEW: InCred Requirement Now in Effect

All international transcripts must be submitted to the NAIA Eligibility Center by applying for an InCred application. Please visit www.InCredEvals.org or contact [email protected] for further details.
Championships
Bid Fee for Basketball Opening Rounds Reduced; Deadline February 1

The NAC Executive Committee approved lowering the bid fee for men’s and women’s basketball opening rounds to $10,000 for a one gender bid and $20,000 for a multi-gender bid, with priority given to multi-gender bids. The deadline for men's and women's basketball opening round bids is February 1, 2021.

Bid fees for other sports will continue to be evaluated based on circumstances at that point in time.
