Domestic Transcript Submission Policy Change

Beginning March 2, 2020 , all domestic transcripts must be sent through the following methods:

High School Transcripts
All official high school transcripts must be submitted to the eligibility center via the NAIA High School Portal. Other submission methods, such as mail or third-party vendors, will no longer be accepted.

Post-Secondary Transcripts
Official transcripts from all previous post-secondary institutions must be submitted directly by the issuing institution to the eligibility center. The preferred method of receiving transcripts will be through the NAIA Registrars Portal. Institutions who do not use the NAIA Registrars Portal will need to send transcripts through one of the following methods:
  • Approved third-party vendors - Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, Credentials Solutions/E-Scrip Safe; if an email address is required for these services, the student must use [email protected].
  • Physical mail - official transcripts must be in a school sealed envelope and mailed to the eligibility center.
