DECEMBER 15: Deadline for transcripts to be received for students who need an eligibility center decision prior to the holiday closure.

NEW: ROA Year-End Data Submission Deadline is December 1

We’re less than a month from the ROA year-end report data submission deadline of December 1. Per NAIA policy, institutions that do not meet the submission deadline are suspended for all NAIA postseason competition.

NEW: December Cancellations

As we near the end of the fall term, the eligibility center is still experiencing higher than normal volumes and delays in eligibility determinations. We recognize this is abnormal and may be negatively affecting students’ abilities to navigate the eligibility process. In response, we are delaying the fall application cancellations to December 10. We hope this allows more time for students to receive their fall determinations. Communication about this change can be found here.

The following numbers reflect the eligibility center’s processing status as of November 8, 2021.
  • About 9,685 students are currently within the eligibility process*.
  • 44,160 students have begun registration for the 2021-22 academic year so far, 34,475 of whom have already received a decision.
*This includes students who have registered but not yet submitted their profiles, need to make payment, are in line for review and students whose reviews are currently underway.
 
For the past two weeks:
All (domestic and international) freshmen without a break.
  • We are issuing decisions for these students in an average of 0.53 business days from their ready date.
  • We are currently working on freshmen students without a break who became ready on 11/5/2021.
Domestic students with a break and transfers
  • We are issuing decisions for these students in an average of 13.04 business days from their ready date.
  • We are currently working on break/transfer students who became ready on 11/4/2021.
International students with a break and transfers
  • We are issuing decisions for these students in an average of 19.42 business days from their ready date.
  • We are currently working on international break/transfer students who became ready on 11/5/2021.
