Nov. 27-29: The national office and eligibility center will be closed from noon on Wednesday, Nov. 27 through Friday, Nov. 29 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Offices will reopen on Monday, Dec. 2.

Dec. 1, 2019: All fall 2019 eligibility profiles that are not yet in line for review will be cancelled. Cancellations will not affect spring 2020 decisions or vouched-for students.

Jan. 1, 2020: Opening Round facility certifications due for baseball and softball .

Jan. 2, 2020: Legislative proposals due. Email to [email protected] .

Jan. 18, 2020: Nominations due for Collegiate Student-Athlete of Character Award .

May 15-June 30, 2020: NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete nomination period for all sports.

NEW: Feedback Needed on Competitive Experience Rule
The Competitive Experience Committee has been working for the past few years on ways to improve the competitive experience rule, which relates to how NAIA student-athletes use seasons of competition. A CEC webpage has been created to summarize the work completed to date and offer an opportunity for membership to provide feedback. Please take a minute and share your thoughts with the committee on this important topic.

InCred Announces Requirement Date of
Jan. 15, 2021
Beginning January 15, 2021, international students will be required to purchase an InCred evaluation for eligibility decisions. International transcripts that are sent directly to the eligibility center will no longer be accepted. Only records submitted to and verified by InCred, as well as the official InCred credential evaluation, will be used to apply NAIA eligibility rules.

Voucher Reminder: Eligibility Decision Needed by End of Term
As a reminder, all students who have been vouched for must receive an eligible determination from the eligibility center by the end of the fall 2019 term. Per the voucher terms, failure to do so means the student will be considered ineligible and result in the corresponding consequences for both the student and institution.
