ECA Vestry Initiative, Investor Spotlight!

At the Vestry retreat this past weekend, the Vestry discussed the many ministries that take place at ECA and the individuals who support those ministries and the investment of their time, talent, and treasure. Each week, we will feature a person, a ministry, or an event to spotlight these investments in the life of our parish and the blessing it brings. This week the vestry is featuring

Youth Event February 27 at 6pm Monster Mini Golf: Join Us!

All youth and their friends are invited to join an ECA event on Friday, February 27 to play mini golf at Monster Mini Golf, 2505 Chaistain Meadows Parkway in Marietta. See Lily Lippert to learn more or RSVP. 

Children/Youth Christian Formation (Sunday School) Meets Today at 9:40am

The ECA Children/Youth Christian Formation (Sunday School) meet on the first and third Sunday of each month. Invite a friend!


Episcopal Church Women to Meet Today at Noon in the Activities Building Episcopal Church Women meet monthly on the first Sunday of the month in the Activities Building.

Lenten Series Continues: “Will You?” Baptismal Covenant Join us as we revisit the promises we make when we answer these questions, “I will, with God’s help.” The Lenten series is broken down into 5 weeks and provides an opportunity each week to read, discern and dig deeper into our baptismal identity and Christian witness. Sign up to bring soup, bread or salad in the Narthex. Meets Wednesdays through March 25th.

Calling all Men: Mark your Calendar for a trip to Savoy Auto Museum March 7th 

The ECA Men’s Group will be going to Savoy Automobile Museum in Cartersville on March 7th at 9AM (carpooling from the church). The cost is $17 per person. (Free with a Bank of America credit card and I.D.). Contact Steve Barrella or Horace Higgins to learn more or RSVP. Invite a Friend! 


ECW Annual Project to benefit Local Women’s Shelters 

The ECA ECW is participating in the Diocese of Atlanta ECW Annual Project by donating purses and travel size toiletries to local women's shelters. Gently used or new purses are needed. Ask your family, neighbors and other friends to help! Bring your donations as you have them, throughout the year. Thank you for your contributions! Contact Janice Maxwell for more information.
