The 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) second draft can be found on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's (OHFA's) website here.
OHFA began accepting comments on the draft guidelines beginning Monday, January 6, 2025, and will accept comments through Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
Comments shall be submitted in writing to 4PercentComments@ohiohome.org.
