Dear valued partners and friends,
Ayubowan from Sri Lanka!
Wellness has always been part of life here — not something we chase, but something we grow up with. I remember my grandmother starting each morning with quiet rituals: boiling herbs in clay pots, lighting incense, sweeping the garden before sunrise. She never called it “wellness.” To her, it was simply living right — keeping harmony between body, mind, and the world around us.
Years later, when I began working in travel, I realised that what people now call wellness journeys are the same things we’ve always done naturally — slowing down, eating fresh, being present. In Sri Lanka, that balance still exists. It’s in the rhythm of daily life — in the temple chants at dawn, the rhythm of the ocean, the scent of jasmine before sunrise.
This month, our team invites you to rediscover that quiet balance — to experience wellness the way Sri Lankans have for centuries: through simplicity, warmth, and connection.
Subha gamanak vēvā! Wishing you a peaceful journey!
Yours,
Suranjith
