Pathworkings and Free Incense!
My dear friends,
To begin with, my thanks to all of you who have been sending your best wishes and healing thoughts. I am about 80% recovered, and I am catching up on getting physical things like incense, cards, circles, etc. that have been back delayed since I hurt myself. Thank you for your patience!

This week, I want to talk with you about my pathworkings, but I was just sent a fascinating article on the psychoactive healing properties of frankincense, so I am going to talk a little about incense again this week, too.

To begin with, pathworkings form an interesting component of modern mysticism. The term refers to the "paths" on the Tree of Life of Qabalistic spirituality, but the term is used for quite a few other non-Qabalistic meditations as well. In fact, I believe I first encountered the term in a book called "The Western Way" by John and Caitlin Matthews which appears to be out of print but available for pennies on Amazon. That book refers to pathworking, but not in a particularly Qabalistic sense.

Many authors and teachers use the term interchangeably with "guided meditation."

To be honest, although it sounds rather esoteric, the term "pathworking" is a very modern one, first coined it seems in the twentieth century. However, the essence of the pathworking practice itself can be found in ancient philosophers such as Proclus, Iamblichus and Plato, in Christian mysticism such as Ignatius' "Spiritual exercises, and in both Buddhist and Tantric practices.

Pathworking is about building up images relating to the spiritual essence that one wishes to gain a deeper understanding about, and traveling from image to image in order to allow spiritual growth and transformation to take place in our inner self. It can be a very potent tool in understanding the deeper essence of images and in growing to a deeper relationship with the spiritual universe.

A few years ago I made a series of audio pathworking programs, which lead a seeker through the whole Tree of Life through the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet. In doing so, I created a very unique journey by keeping the images I evoke through the guided meditations very simple and universal. My pathworking series, while utilizing the Tree of Life as a model, outlines a very complete journey from the fear-based experience of normal human awareness, all the way to the fully expanded and infinite consciousness of the divine. Because it is so universal in structure, people from almost any spiritual background, or even just a curious consciousness explorer, can benefit from the series.

With 22 steps, the journey is quite detailed running from the 32nd Path of TAU (discover and release fears and tensions hidden in sensory experience, quieting the body to release into the Trance of Yesod [foundation]) to the 11th Path of ALEPH (the infinite expansion of Chokmah [wisdom] becomes the wild primal void as all is drawn into the light of Kether [crown]). Paths 1-10 are included as the journeys all end in one of these numbers.

What's more, the programs all utilize the my specialized tones, beats and divine names, so each program builds together with all the others from my site. These programs form an excellent conditioning for magical work, and although they are more spiritual in nature they deliver a lot of practical benefits such as confidence, relaxation, clarity, generosity, kindness, understanding, wisdom and intelligence.

I would love for you to start using them as tools in your own spiritual growth. I recommend using each pathworking recording at least 3 or 4 times before moving on to the next one. I also recommend experimenting with different times a day such as upon first awakening, after lunch, after work or before bed. This will give you different experiences. So, even though all 22 may take a while to get through, you will have learned a lot from each one too!

I also strongly recommend combining the pathworking recordings with my incense  in the following scheme:

Paths that end in Yesod - Moon Incense
Paths that end in Hod - Mercury Incense
Paths that end in Netzach - Venus Incense
Paths that end in Tiphereth - Sun Incense
Paths that end in Geburah - Mars Incense
Paths that end in Chesed - Jupiter Incense
Paths that end in Binah - Saturn Incense
Paths that end in Chokmah or Kether -  Spirit Incense

You could also use incense that aligns with the path itself, but I think it is better to fucus on the destination with your incense, and easier!

FREE OFFER!
I am going to make it easier for you to enjoy the benefits of my incense, though, because for the next eight days (August 11-August 18) when you order any pathworking recording, I will mail you a FREE GIFT of the appropriate matching incense. (Free shipping in US and $15.00 additional shipping on international orders)

This is an amazing savings on both!

As long as we are on the subject of incense, I just had someone send me this article on the psychoactive anti-depressant and anti-anxiety properties of frankincense, which you may find interesting...

Click here to read about the fascinating effects of frankincense.

Two of my incenses have frankincense as the main ingredient. So, if you would like to experience these health benefits in an amazing way, check these out...

Talk to you next week!

All my love,
Jason
