New Interim Organist
It is with sadness that we announce the resignation of our organist and choirmaster, Nick Mynyck. Nick was able to secure another position which offered more hours and benefits. His last Sunday with us will be August 31st. Nick accomplished much in the short time he was with us and I know that you join me in gratitude. He will be missed. His letter of resignation is presented below.
We have been able to secure an interim organist and choir director for the upcoming program year. Luke Staisiunas comes to us from St. Timothy’s in Roxborough, PA. He is not only an accomplished organist, but also a pipe technician, who works on the Wanamaker Organ and other prominent instruments in the region. Luke will begin with us on September 1st.
