Welcome to the Earth Elements family, Foster!
Foster is an Italian company that operates in more than 50 countries worldwide. With four highly specialized manufacturing units, Foster is an integrated organization with headquarters in the historic “Terranova palace” in Brescello, a small village known for the movies starring Don Camillo and Peppone and symbol of the countryside of northern Italy.
We breathe passion for beautiful things, respect for the environment that surrounds us and a love for quality, hence our commitment to excellent service to meet the demands of a market increasingly sensitive to technological development and environmental protection.
The love for art and the taste of beauty, which we breathe every day in our Palazzo Terranova in Brescello, with its frescoed rooms full of history, considered artistic and cultural heritage by the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage and FAI , naturally infused in all our products.
This is where the renowned elegance and refined design that distinguishes the Foster brand is born, and that has made it one of the most loved brands in the world by architects all over the world and by customers who appreciate beauty combined with functionality.

This upcoming September will mark Curin's 4 year anniversary working at Earth Elements! Even more exciting than that, however, this upcoming October she will also be welcoming a new life into the world with her husband Jordan!
Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Curin enjoys all of your typical outdoor activites: fishing, boating, hiking, and of course traveling! She is an incredible team member for EE. Curin manages the appliance division for our Gallatin Gateway branch and she constantly crushes it! If you buy appliances from Curin, you can guarantee you will be taken care. Not a single detail slips through when she is in control of the project. A special shout out for the Covid 19 situation: Getting appliances right now is VERY hard. The chip shortage that the world is going through is unprecedented. However, Curin is constantly working with suppliers, both new and old, to make sure that your appliances arrive on time! No matter the challenge, Curin makes sure to overcome it, with style.
On top of all of that, she also helps run a farm with Jordan, her husband of 5 years. Curin's work ethic is incredibly strong! We at Earth Elements are so happy and excited for Curin, Jordan, and soon to be baby Leep!

Cool Down Dessert!
Blueberry and Jersey Milk Ice Cream Cake
|
|
This ice-cream cake recipe is guaranteed to cool you down in the hot summer!
|
|
Ingredients
- 1L (4 cups) unhomogenised jersey milk (see notes)
- 8 egg yolks
- 160g coconut sugar
- 11/2 cups (225g) frozen blueberries
- Fresh blueberries, to serve
-
Maple syrup, to serve
Preparation Method:
- Place 3 cups (750ml) milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a large heatproof bowl until thick and pale. As soon as milk starts to bubble around the edges, pour it into the yolk mixture, whisking constantly. Transfer to a clean saucepan and place over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for 11 minutes or until slightly thickened and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Transfer to a bowl, cover surface with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- Grease and line a 22cm springform cake pan with plastic wrap. Place frozen blueberries and remaining 1 cup (250ml) milk in a blender and whiz until smooth. Fold through the custard. Transfer to an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. (Alternatively, pour into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen at edges. Remove from freezer and beat with electric beaters. Return to the container and refreeze. Repeat 2 or 3 times). Transfer to prepared pan. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen and set.
- To serve, remove from pan and set aside for 15 minutes to soften slightly. Scatter with fresh blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup.
Note: Unhomogenised jersey milk is available from health food stores or substitute with 2 cups (500ml) each full-cream milk and pure (thin) cream
