RULES FOR THE GROOVE CHALLENGE


  1. Take supplements as directed
  2. Drink 1/2 up to 1 gallon of water daily
  3. All zero or near zero calorie beverages are allowed freely.
  4. You must Journal in your online journal daily in order to complete the challenge and earn the Groove badges.
  5. Please follow the meal ideas strictly as listed above. Do not consume foods not on the above list and ask before consuming something that is not on the list above. Most likely because this is a challenge, your request will be denied. Hopefully there is plenty of options listed. The options listed above (Meal Ideas) will help control insulin and allow for a calorie deficit so that you can get your GROOVE back.
  6. You can have up to 3 eating episodes and cannot graze. This is only a 5 day challenge. You are FREE to stick with the GROOVE challenge Saturday and Sunday too but it is not mandatory. You should stick with your normal Shibboleth lifestyle on the weekend.
  7. No Holidays for 7 days.
  8. You must strictly control your portions. Consume the meal replacement as served or combine your meals ideas above on a portion control dish.
  9. You need to adhere to a 12 up to a 16 hour fast.
  10. If physically able you must get 10,000 up to 15,000 steps. If you are not physically able to walk then simply do your best. If your best is no steps then that is acceptable. If your best is walking to the mailbox and back then that is acceptable. If you are capable of getting in 10,000 steps and decide not to put forth the effort.......it's your life.
