  • 2009 Boys - In their first full season together, they faced the natural challenges of gelling as a unit. But as the season progressed, they adapted well to our club’s tactical expectations and produced moments of outstanding soccer.

  • 2007 Boys - This team grew stronger with each match. By fully embracing our club’s style of play, they’ve set themselves up for a powerful final chapter in their Medford Strikers journey.

Tips from the Technical Director – James Galanis

“Offseason: Rebuild, Don’t Relax”

The offseason is not just a time to take a break—it's a crucial window to rebuild your game.

Yes, step away from the pressures of competition and give your body and mind a chance to recharge—but don’t go idle. Use this time to invest in yourself. Get thousands of touches on the ball. Work on your weaker foot. Refine your first touch. Rebuild your confidence. Sharpen your mindset.

Remember, champions are made when no one is watching. The goal isn’t just to return—it’s to return better.

Looking Ahead: Areas of Focus

Player Commitment

We continue to face challenges in some age groups with player attendance and last-minute game absences. As we prepare for the 2025 season, we’ll be reinforcing our expectations around commitment to protect the integrity of our teams and development plans.

Parental Engagement

Sideline conduct has been overwhelmingly positive this spring. Many families are recognizing the value of our evolving program, and we thank you for your support of our coaches, players, and club vision.

Sponsorship Success

We’re excited to announce two new key sponsors:

Habhegger Inc.

Proud sponsor of our Youth Teams

Stratus ip

Official sponsor of our Semi-Pro APSL Men's Team

Additionally, we’d like to thank all our supporting sponsors whose contributions continue to enhance the environment and opportunities for our players. Your support truly matters.

Oh, The Places You Will Go!

Join us in congratulating the following Medford Strikers on their recent college commitments.

Several members of our Medford Strikers family will be graduating from high school this year and continuing their soccer careers, while also seeking higher education at different well-known colleges and universities. These individuals have exemplified everything that that is the Medford Strikers, and have shown their exceptional commitment and skills so much that colleges and universities have requested them to be part of their programs. We couldn't be prouder of these individuals and we hope they have a transformative experience in this next chapter of their lives.

Please join us in congratulating these seniors in their commitment to playing the game we all love at the next level!
