We're Stronger Together

Why is diversity, equity, inclusion, and/or belonging important to you?

What’s a part of your identity, culture, or heritage that you’d like to share?

How do you see elements of DEIB impacting your life or work? Is there a

holiday or awareness month that means a lot to you?

Please email [email protected] and [email protected] if you’re interested in sharing for

a future Town Hall or if you would like to learn more!

Message from the IT Department

Reminder to everyone about the importance of refraining from clicking on unknown links. Recently, there has been a deceptive attempt resembling a link shared by one of our staff through OneDrive. I urge you to exercise caution and avoid clicking on any links within emails, even if they appear to be from a colleague unless you are expecting something specific from them.

The online landscape is filled with cunning adversaries, and it's crucial for all of us to stay vigilant. If you encounter any suspicious emails, please report them promptly. Resist the temptation to forward such emails, as this could potentially spread infectious content throughout the agency.

I understand that determining the legitimacy of an email can be challenging,

but please refrain from forwarding it. Instead, make use of the "report phishing"

button as your primary response when in doubt.

Thanks so much for helping to keep things secure!

Signal Strong - Wellness Program

Our wellness committee would like us all to focus on healthy hearts this month. Heart disease is a leading cause of death in the United States for both men and women but you can do a lot to protect your heart and stay healthy. We have put together three challenges for this month:

1.BINGO! This heart healthy bingo includes a healthy diet and lifestyle to help prevent and manage cardiovascular disease. Adopt a few simple habits that will put you on the road to a heart healthy lifestyle. To receive 10 points, choose 10 or more heart-healthy behaviors to practice. When a behavior has been practiced, mark off the square. Please submit your completed bingo worksheet by March 1, 2024 to [email protected].
