Sincuidados Homeowner Invented
Key Components of Pacemaker
Sincuidados homeowner George Nelms recently visited his cardiologist and suddenly turned into the center of attention. While there, a friend texted George an online article discussing how George had invented key components of the pacemaker. The timing was perfect.

"My cardiologist was as excited as I was at seeing the article," George said. "He then took the article around the practice showing it to other cardiologists and patients, telling them how I am saving their lives and it was embarrassing me, but it felt good because I was not expecting any of this. I had only gone to see my cardiologist for a checkup."

Stop Short Of This
Just a reminder for homeowners that to protect and preserve the nature of our community, short term home rentals in Sincuidados are not allowed. According to the Sincuidados CC&Rs, leases must be in writing for a minimum duration of one year and the entire lot must be leased. For example, a guest house cannot be leased separately from the main house.

"Belly up to the mountain top, boys!" Lynne said. "On many desert spring mornings, our Lone Mountain summit transforms into a butterfly singles bar as several male Pima Desert Orangetips, Pipevine Swallowtails and California Patch butterflies swirl high into the air hoping for a “hilltopping” meetup with a willing female."
