Sincuidados is scheduled to hold a Zoom meeting at 6pm, Tuesday, October 26 to provide homeowners an opportunity to ask questions and share feedback about the Streetscape Plan, a master landscaping plan for the community's common areas. The meeting will include an architect from Swaback, the firm preparing the plan.
The goal of the plan is to update the look and feel of the community’s street frontages, entrances, islands and clubhouse area with a consistent look. This will re-enforce Sincuidados' identity as a natural open space community.
"Some of our landscaping is tired," Board of Directors Vice President Scott Cole said in March. "Some of the landscape, rock and other treatment is haphazard. Some streets look different every 100 feet. We've lost a little bit of our NAOS character from a street view. We're trying to develop a long term plan to upgrade the aesthetics of the community to make it consistent and up our game as far as what the community looks like from the street."
