Reflections on Our First Year as a Nonprofit and the Work Ahead

We're thrilled to share our 2024-2025 Impact Report, Working. Putting together this report gave us an opportunity to reflect on the hard work that's gone into our transformation to a nonprofit and highlight what's working and where we're headed. In it, we showcase the work we are most proud of—efforts that distinguish us as a forward-looking, results-driven workforce board.

We hope you take a moment to read about what was accomplished and the work that lies ahead, perhaps while cozied up in front of a toasty fire, enjoying some much-needed recharge time this month. Keep an eye on your mailboxes for a hard copy of the report coming soon. If you don't receive a report but would like one, drop me a line.

We wish everyone a wonderful holiday season and look forward to our continued work together in the new year.
