iCompass is the City’s automated agenda workflow system. All agendas for City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustments, and other City of Pearland Boards and Commissions, including joint meetings of these bodies must be created and routed through this system.

The AIRs you create will typically require that you coordinate several activities, many of which are interdepartmental. While the actual writing and information-gathering components of your work may involve tasks that are mostly independent, the majority of AIRs will include the need for a Council Resolution and/or Ordinance to be put into effect via Council action.

Attend this training to learn the steps to create an AIR, deadlines, and additional tips.
