A special called Charge Conference will be on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, at 6:30pm, in the Sanctuary to approve Brendan Porter's ordination process as a United Methodist deacon.
As a reminder, all church members and attendees are invited to attend Charge Conference meetings. Only members of the Charge Conference will have a vote in this meeting. Members of the Charge Conference include all members of the Administrative Board, appointed clergy and retired clergy affiliated with Smyrna First United Methodist Church.

On Saturday, March 29th, from 9am-noon, our Board of Trustees will be leading the charge in sprucing up our church campus. If you can spare are few hours, bring some work gloves and help us spread pine straw, pick-up trash, or whatever is needed to enhance the beauty of our campus, we would greatly appreciate it. | |

This year we are offering a new All Sports Camp to our camp options. This 3-week camp is for rising 2nd - rising 6th graders. It will be held Monday thru Thursdays, 8:45am-noon, June 2-5, June 23-26, and July 7-10.
This is a great time to "get your game on"! You will dive into all your favorite sports, learn new skills, and play your heart out with friends! Whether you're scoring goals, hitting home runs, or shooting hoops, there's something for everyone. Plus, we'll throw in some hilarious silly games to keep the fun rolling. Don't miss out on the ultimate summer experience - it's sports, smiles, and unforgettable memories all in one place!

Through your ongoing generosity, we have received 214 pledges totaling $1,657,006.50 to our 2025 Stewardship Campaign. We are still accepting pledges as we move towards our goal of 220 pledges!

| We will begin a new Disciple class for those interested. This is a program of disciplined Bible study aimed at developing strong Christian Leaders. The Old Testament will be taught Aug.-Nov. and the New Testament will be from Jan.-April, 2026. Click Here to register. | |
