The Murphy-Harpst Children’s Center in Northwest Georgia welcomes children suffering from lifetimes of severe trauma and neglect, providing them with a loving place to thrive and heal. Each year, SFUMC helps provide Christmas gifts to these children and youth, many of which are being asked “What would you like for Christmas?” for the first time in their lives. We are still in need of fulfilling gifts. If you would like to make a donation towards this effort, please use link below. If you would like to assist in shopping for gifts or delivery of the gifts to Murphy Harpst in Cedartown, please contact Kristen Sudduth at ksudduth@smyrnafumc.org.
